Rules & Restrictions

 
Full Fare - Off-Peak:
Inventory controlled, available on most off-peak weekend flights. 
Bookable online in H Fare Class or by calling Helijet Reservations at 1.800.665.4354

Full Fare:
May be booked up to flight departure time
Inventory controlled, available on most non-peak flights
Bookable online in B Fare Class or by calling Helijet Reservations at 1.800.665.4354

Full Fare - Peak:
May be booked up to flight departure time
Inventory controlled, available on peak flights.
Bookable online in Y Fare Class or by calling Helijet Reservations at 1.800.665.4354

Senior Fare:
Available on all off-peak flights - for adults, aged 60 plus.
Bookable only by calling Helijet Reservations at 1.800.665.4354

Children Fare:
Available on all off-peak flights - for children, aged 2-11 inclusive, when accompanied by fare paying adult.
Bookable only by calling Helijet Reservation at 1.800.665.4354

Seat Sale Fare:
Check back often as Seat Sales may be announced without notice
Credit card required at time of booking.
Payment by Quick Ticket or prepaid voucher not available.
Fare is non-refundable from time of booking, non-commissionable.

No-Show / Cancellation Penalty:
If you fail to cancel, change or check-in for a flight up to at least 20 minutes prior to departure, a non-refundable penalty equal to the fare of the one-way travel will apply.
Failure to check in will also result in any onward and/or return reservations being cancelled.
