Cancellation Policy:
All Fares (except stand-by fares) are fully combinable, changeable and refundable up to 1700 on the day prior to departure. After this time fares are non-refundable; the total of that fare will be held as a non-refundable, transferable credit on the original booking file for up to one year. Changes may be made to any flight up to 60 minutes prior to departure*, an upgrade in fare may be applicable however initial fare total remains non-refundable even if new flight has lower fares available

No-Show Penalty
If you fail to check-in for a flight, a non-refundable penalty equal to the fare of the one-way travel will apply. Failure to check in will also result in any onward and/or return reservations being cancelled. |
