From January 27 thru March 3, 2010 there will be a few changes at our Heliport locations, such as check-in security screening for all passengers, luggage and cargo shipments due to the Vancouver Harbour Heliport's close proximity to the Main Media Centre (an official 2010 Winter Games venue).
As there will be traffic restrictions and diversions throughout the Vancouver downtown core, we highly recommend taking public transit, walking or biking to/from the Vancouver Harbour Heliport. The Vancouver Heliport is conveniently located walking distance to/from the SeaBus terminal, making for easy connections on SeaBus plus SkyTrain, West Coast Express, transit buses and taxis via the concourse connecting to Waterfront Station. The Helijet Courtesy Shuttle will also be available curbside on Cordova Street, for drop off service to downtown core hotels/offices. If you prefer to drive to our Vancouver heliport location, vehicle access is available via Main Street only (map), as the Cordova Street access will be closed from January 27-March 3, 2010. See image below for access information
