We are putting you in control of your travel. On the lower right hand side of this screen you'll notice some new buttons aimed at improving your experience at helijet.com
A brief explanation of the buttons:
Manage an Existing Booking: allows you to modify any existing booking, if you know the corresponding first and last name and the reservation number.
Guest: frequent travellers sign-up as a new guest with your email address and the data in your typical booking (payment info is optional). Then upon return to the Guest button, logon and that data will be pre-entered into your booking (please note, the pre-entered data can be changed when making a booking, especially handy if you want your itinerary sent to a different email address).
When you logon you can also update your profile data, search to see a list of all your bookings, reprint itinerary and modify future bookings.
If you sign-up for a Guest Profile and would like to make a booking via our Reservations Centre please let the agent know so they can match it to your Profile.
Partner Agents: this is the dedicated button for some of our selected corporate partners who have already been contacted with a user name and password.
